Refund, Returns and Warranty Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026

This policy applies to purchases made from Auvora Living at auvoraliving.com.au.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a repair, replacement or refund where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to feel confident when choosing furniture for your home. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

- the item is unused, unassembled and in resaleable condition;
- the item is returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible;
- all parts, hardware, manuals and accessories are included;
- the item is not a clearance, final sale, custom order or special order item, unless required by law.

For approved change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery fees are not refundable for change of mind returns, unless required by law. For bulky furniture, we may help arrange a courier return and deduct the return freight cost from the refund.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, faulty, missing parts or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@auvoraliving.com.au with:

- your order number;
- clear photos or video of the issue;
- photos of the packaging if there is transit damage;
- a short description of the problem.

Contacting us within 48 hours of delivery helps us resolve transit damage quickly. This does not remove any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the issue, we may provide replacement parts, arrange a repair, offer a replacement item, or provide a refund where required by law.

Warranty

Auvora Living provides a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. It does not cover:

- normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or improper assembly;
- damage caused by commercial use unless the product was sold as suitable for commercial use;
- damage caused by exposure to weather where the product is not designed for outdoor use;
- colour variation, fabric shade variation, timber grain variation or minor measurement variation that is normal for furniture;
- damage caused by moving, dragging, improper cleaning or use of unsuitable cleaning products.

Assembly and Care

Many furniture items require assembly. Please follow the assembly instructions carefully and check all parts before assembly. Damage caused by incorrect assembly, overtightening, dragging, or using the item outside its intended purpose is not covered unless the damage is due to a product fault.

Please keep your packaging until you have inspected the item and confirmed all parts are included. Original packaging makes any return or replacement process easier, especially for bulky items.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected, or once we have confirmed that a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund on your account.
