Shipping and Delivery Policy

Auvora Living sells furniture to customers in Australia. We work with Australian warehouse stock where available and use furniture couriers or parcel carriers depending on the size and weight of the item.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Australia. Some remote, regional or hard-to-access locations may require a custom freight quote, a longer delivery time, or may not be serviceable for bulky items.

In-Stock Items

Items marked as in stock are usually dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

- Metro areas: 3 to 10 business days
- Regional areas: 7 to 15 business days
- Remote areas: quote required or longer delivery time

These timeframes are estimates only. Bulky furniture delivery can be affected by courier capacity, weather, public holidays and access conditions.

Order Ahead and Pre-Order Items

Some products may be listed as Order Ahead, Pre-Order, or available by special order. These items are not held in local warehouse stock at the time of purchase and may require an estimated 6 to 8 weeks before dispatch.

If there is a material delay, we will contact you with an update. You may contact us before dispatch if you want to discuss cancelling or changing an order. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

Delivery Method

Most large furniture items are delivered to the ground floor entrance, front door, building lobby, garage or other accessible point at the delivery address. Room-of-choice delivery, upstairs delivery, unpacking, assembly and rubbish removal are not included unless clearly stated on the product page or agreed in writing before dispatch.

Before Ordering

Please check the product dimensions and measure your doorways, lifts, stairs, hallways and room access before placing an order. If an item cannot be delivered because of access restrictions, redelivery, return freight or restocking costs may apply, except where required by law.

Delivery Appointments and Redelivery

For bulky items, the courier may contact you to arrange delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. Missed delivery, failed delivery, incorrect address details or last-minute delivery changes may result in additional fees charged by the courier.

Authority to Leave

If you request or approve authority to leave, the courier may leave the order at the address without a signature. Please choose a safe location. Once delivered as requested, Auvora Living is not responsible for loss or damage caused after delivery, unless required by law.

Damaged Items on Arrival

Please inspect the packaging when the order arrives. If there is visible damage, take photos before opening the packaging. If the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact support@auvoraliving.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and photos.
