Pricing and Payments

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you.

Orders

An order is not accepted until we confirm it and receive successful payment authorisation. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where there is suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions or other reasonable business grounds. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Stock and Availability

Some items are stocked in Australia and some may be offered as Order Ahead, Pre-Order or special order items. Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only. We will contact you if there is a material delay.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to courier availability, location, access conditions and the terms in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring reasonable access for bulky furniture delivery.

Returns and Warranty

Returns, refunds, damaged items, faulty items and warranty claims are handled according to our Refund, Returns and Warranty Policy. Your Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply.
